Learn about drought-tolerant plant varieties, their unique adaptations, and the important role they play in supporting local wildlife, including birds, bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. Experts will share practical tips for selecting, planting, and maintaining native plants, as well as strategies for reducing water use while enhancing the natural beauty of your outdoor spaces. Visitors will also have the opportunity to browse and purchase a variety of locally appropriate native plants from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., making it easy to bring these sustainable and environmentally beneficial species into their own gardens.
