Ready for the ultimate photography challenge?
Capture the magic of the San Diego County Fair in the Photo Shoot Out, a fast-paced photography challenge where participants have just 90 minutes to shoot, select, and submit their best image for live judging. Participants may use a camera or cell phone, and one image will be submitted at the end of the challenge for judging.
The contest offers two dates to choose from and is open to photographers age 13 and older.
COST: $30 to register. Entry fees are payable online with a credit card and are not refundable.
ADMISSION: Registered participants receive Fair admission on the day of the contest, available at Will Call with proof of registration and entry.
REGISTRATION: Pre-registration is required. Download entry guide and register online by the registration deadline. There will be NO on-site registration. Space is limited to the first 35 registered photographers per date, so early registration is encouraged.
PLEASE NOTE: Participants must bring their own camera; cameras will not be provided.
