Eligibility and Limitations: Participants and winner(s) must be at least 18 years old. Employees of the 22nd District Agricultural Association—Del Mar Fairgrounds | San Diego County Fair (the District), Kahoots Feed & Pet, participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. There are two ways to become eligible to participate:
1.Photo Contest: Upload a digital photo of your pet. Maximum photo size is 1GB.
2.Video Contest: Upload a link to a downloadable video of your pet. Video can be hosted on video sharing service such as YouTube or Vimeo, or on cloud-based storage such as Dropbox or iCloud.
Prizes:
1.Grand Prize: (4) General Admission tickets to the 2025 San Diego County Fair, (1) Preferred Parking Pass, (4) tickets to any 2025 Toyota Summer Concert Series concert, $200 in food vouchers valid at any San Diego County Fair food concessionaire, 200 BlastPass credits for use at rides and games at the 2025 San Diego County Fair, and a $100 gift card to Kahoots Feed & Pet store. Total estimated value: $1,000.00
2.Runners Up: 25 runners up will be selected to win (4) General Admission tickets to the 2025 San Diego County Fair and $100 gift card to Kahoots Feed & Pet store. Total estimated value: $200.00.
Winners: Deadline for entries is 11:59 PM, June 8, 2025. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries submitted as determined by the District. All decisions are final and binding in matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email within one day following the drawing date. Entrants selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
Conditions and Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants and winner(s) verify they are the original creator of the content (photo and/or video) they submit for the Sweepstakes and verify they have full rights and permission to use and share such content. Participant verifies their submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants and winner(s) grant the District exclusive permission to use their names, location, characters, photographs, videos, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, each entrant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the District and/or associated sponsors and/or its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense which may occur from the conduct of, preparation for, travel to, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or from the use or misuse of any prize or participation of any related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The District and/or associated sponsors are not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded/delivered due to travel cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, or weather.
Miscellaneous: District and/or associated sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The District and/or associated sponsors are not responsible for any problems, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury to entrant's computer related to participation in the Sweepstakes. The District and/or associated sponsors may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by using unfair or fraudulent means. The District and/or associated sponsors will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules. All decisions will be made by the District and are final. The District may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
