Join Karen England as she discusses 2025's Herb of the Year: Chamomile. Karen England is the owner of Edgehill Herb Farm and president of the San Diego Horticultural Society, as well as a board member of the International Herb Association. She is a regular contributor to the IHA's Herb of the Year books and a popular speaker around the country She regularly teaches Cooking with Herbs classes at San Diego Oasis in Rancho Bernardo.
