With 10 multi-platinum albums, 16 Top 30 hits, and over 80 million records sold, Foreigner is one of the most successful rock bands of all time. Formed in 1976 by guitarist and songwriter Mick Jones, the band became known for timeless anthems like "Juke Box Hero," "Cold As Ice," "Hot Blooded," "Waiting For A Girl Like You," "Feels Like The First Time," "Urgent," and the global #1 hit "I Want To Know What Love Is."

Their fourth album, 4, topped the Billboard charts, while Agent Provocateur cemented their 1980s dominance. After a hiatus, Jones revived the band in 2002, bringing in lead vocalist Kelly Hansen, bassist Jeff Pilson, and a powerhouse lineup that continues to sell out tours.

Foreigner’s music remains a pop culture staple, featured in films (Rock of Ages, Pitch Perfect), TV (Stranger Things), and major ad campaigns. They’ve topped Billboard’s Greatest of All Time lists and even outpaced classic rock peers in sales. In 2024, the band was nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and launched a Hall of Fame celebration tour.
