Thom, owner of Temecula Olive Oil Company, is a certified Master Miller and olive oil expert with over 20 years of experience growing, making, and teaching about olive oil. He manages over 350 acres of olive trees throughout Southern California. Thom is passionate about all things olive and is excited to share his knowledge and engage in conversation with others.
