Ways to save on admission
Get the Best Pass Ever!
You know you can't see everything at the Fair in just one day, so here's your opportunity for big savings with the Best Pass Ever! Just $25 buys one person admission to all 25 days of the Fair; regularly $15 each day (adult admission). On sale now at the Fairgrounds or online through July 4 (one day before the Fair ends). Passport to Savings — This booklet has more than $1,000 in promotional savings at the Fair and around San Diego County, ranging from a free ticket to return to the Fair (a $15 value) to discounts on Fair food, rides, games and products! Lots of great deals outside the Fair, too. The Passport to Savings is available now through the end of the Fair at $5 per book. For more info see the Passport to Savings page.
Albertsons | Vons $4 Fair Days — Come to the Fair for just $4 on Friday, June 5; Saturday, June 6 and
Wednesday, June 10, 2015. These tickets are available only at San Diego County Albertsons and Vons stores, and will be on sale later this spring. They are not sold at the Fairgrounds.
Save on adult admission tickets: Discount adult admission tickets will be available at Albertsons and Vons stores starting sometime in early May. Albertsons and Vons also will have regular-price senior ($8; 62 and older) and children's ($8, ages 6-12) tickets.

• The nearest stores to the Fairgrounds are Vons at 2606 Del Mar Heights Road (one exit south of the Fairgrounds) and Vons at 931 Lomas Santa Fe Drive in Solana Beach (one exit north). The Albertsons store on Via de la Valle will become a Haggen store in May, and will not participate in this program.
• $10 minimum purchase required.
• Each ticket valid for one day.
• Tuesday (June 23 and 30) is Kids' Day; children 12 and younger are admitted free. Regular admission for children ages 6-12 is $8.
• Children 5 and younger are admitted free every day and do not require tickets.

Kids' Day! Tuesdays, June 23 and 30, 2015
Children 12 and younger are admitted free. (Admission for ages 6-12 other days is $8.)
Read and get in free! Children 12 and younger who read 10 or more books, verified by a teacher or librarian, get free admission any day of the Fair. (Regular child's admission is $8.) Click here for details.
Enter a Competitive Exhibits One-Day Contest: Enter a one-day Entry Department contest, and you get free admission to the Fair. (Not all contests offered at the Fair offer free admission, so please read the additional details.)
Teacher Appreciation Days

Mission Federal Credit Union would like to offer all educators two free admissions to the Fair on two Fridays, June 19 and 26. All employees of public or private schools, K-12, colleges and universities are eligible, no matter where the schools are located. Just show your employee ID to receive two free tickets. Tickets will be available starting May 1 ONLY at the 27 Mission Federal branches. These tickets will not be available at the Fairgrounds.

Save on parking and transportation
Free parking at our off-site lots: Park free every day at Horsepark. Free shuttle buses run from 9:00AM until midnight (1:00AM on Friday and Saturday), and drop you off in front of the O'Brien Gate. On Saturdays, Sundays and Friday, July 3, park free at MiraCosta College San Elijo campus and Torrey Pines High School.
Save on food
Bring your lunch: Yes, it's allowed, with these restrictions: No alcohol, glass containers or metal knives of any kind. Beverages must be in factory-sealed containers (you may bring an empty container to fill once you have passed the security check).
Look for the Kids' Meal Deal signs throughout the Fair at participating food booths. The meal includes an entrée, side dish and drink, plus additional benefits that will be announced later this spring.
Taste of the Fair. On the Tuesdays the Fair is open (June 23 and 30), from opening until 5:00PM, you can buy $2 taste-sized portions of some of your favorite Fair foods, such as corn dogs, fudge, fish tacos and cinnamon rolls. So many choices!

Enjoy free attractions, shows, exhibits and events
Enjoy the exhibits: The Fair's Competitive Exhibits are free with admission. Enjoy the amazing creations made, grown or baked by your neighbors!
Enjoy the shows: Entertainment on nine stages, plus daily animal or motor sports shows in the Del Mar Arena. Nationally known entertainers are featured nightly in the Toyota Summer Concert Series on the Heineken Grandstand Stage and the Ford Dealers Paddock Stage. All entertainment is included with admission, with the exception of a few Grandstand shows.
Enjoy the events: Special events happen every day at the Fair, but most happen for one or a few days only. Most are included with Fair admission. Check the list so you're here for the event you'd most like to see.
Surfside Race Place, the Fairgrounds' race book facility, lets you place a wager on horse races from all over the country, watch your horse cross the finish line, and collect your winnings! Also, you can enjoy a sit-down lunch in air-conditioned comfort at Surfside Race Place, near the Del Mar Arena, Thursdays through Sundays. Surfside Race Place is open every day the Fair is open, except Tuesdays, and admission is included with Fair admission. More here...
Other ways to save!
If you attended the Temecula Valley Family Fair March 27-29 at Lake Skinner Regional Park, you can get a free day at the San Diego County Fair. Bring the ticket stub or wristband you received, and redeem it at the Fair Box Office for one free admission.
