Dates

The dates for the 2014 San Diego County Fair are June 7 through July 6. The Fair is closed Mondays and the first two Tuesdays.



Hours

Grounds close approximately one hour after gates close; some exhibits close earlier; Kids Zone closes about one hour earlier than Fun Zone. The Fair is closed Mondays and the first two Tuesdays.

You know you can't see everything at the Fair in just one day, so here's your (early) opportunity for big savings with the Best Pass Ever! That's one price of $24 for all 24 days of the Fair, regularly $14 each day (adult admission). On sale now through July 5.

ADDITIONAL TICKET INFORMATION

Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) are accepted throughout the Fair. Individual vendors may accept only some of these credit cards. For convenience, several ATM machines are placed throughout the Fair. If you would like to leave the Fair and return the same day, get your hand stamped as you leave. If you leave a paid parking lot, you will need to pay again when you return.

Parking and Public Transportation

Parking. $10 per vehicle ($20 for RVs) in the Fair's paid parking lots. Free parking and shuttle service is available every day at Horsepark, 2.5 miles east of the Fairgrounds at the intersection of Via de la Valle and El Camino Real. On Saturdays, Sundays and July 4, free parking and shuttle service is available at MiraCosta College's San Elijo campus and Torrey Pines High School.

Biking can be a very inexpensive, hassle-free, and exercise-rich way to get to the Fair. Search for bike routes here or here.

Fair Map. Once you've arrived, the Fair map will help you locate all the fun rides, activities, booths, and exhibits. It will also assist you in navigating to restrooms, ATMs, facility restaurants, and information booths.

Public Transportation is one of the easiest, least expensive, and safest ways to get to and from the Fair, even for those who wish to enjoy the Fair late into the evening!
