2013 Fair Dates

The dates for the 2013 San Diego County Fair are June 8 through July 4. The Fair is closed Mondays, except July 1.

Ages 62 and older $8
Ages 6-12 $8
Ages 5 and younger Free

Cash and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) are accepted admission, ride, and concert tickets. Some food and vendor booths also accept credit cards. ATM machines are available throughout the Fair.

Closing times for certain exhibits

AgriFair and Livestock exhibits: Close 10:00PM every night, including July 4.
Creative Youth exhibit: Closes 9:00PM every night.
World of Horses and The Farm exhibits: Close at dusk every night (between 7:30 and 8:00PM). World of Horses will be closed July 3 and 4.

If you would like to leave the Fair and return the same day, get your hand stamped as you leave. If you leave a paid parking lot, you will need to pay again when you return.

Parking and Public Transportation

Parking: $10 per vehicle ($20 for RVs) in the Fair's paid parking lots. Free parking and shuttle service is available every day at Horsepark, 2.5 miles east of the Fairgrounds at the intersection of Via de la Valle and El Camino Real. On Saturdays, Sundays and July 4, free parking and shuttle service is available at MiraCosta College's San Elijo campus and Torrey Pines High School. Bicycling to the Fair: Bike racks are set up at the O'Brien Gate ("main gate") and the West Gate (near the Fun Zone). You may lock your bikes at either location, using your own lock, at no charge.

Public Transportation: You can take the Coaster to Solana Beach, then catch a shuttle to the Fair. Or, take a bus. Please see the Public Transportation page for information on taking trains and buses to the Fair.
