Student Showcase

Student Showcase is a display of San Diego County junior high, middle school, high school and community college student projects. Competition is open to grades 7 through community college, and all entries must have been made in a San Diego County school under the supervision of a classroom instructor. (Students in grades 7-12 who want to enter individual projects in the Fair can do so through Creative Youth.)

Contests

Cell Phone Texting Contest "Thumbs of Fury" [PDF format]
Contest date: Friday, July 2
Registration deadline: Registration can be accomplished either in advance (and you'll get free admission to the Fair) or the day of the contest (no free admission). This is a two-person team contest open Fair patrons age 11 and older.

Cell Phone Photo Contest [PDF format]
Contest dates: June 11-23
Registration deadline: No pre-registration required. Come to the Fair, take a photo with your cell phone and email it by 5:00PM June 23.
